TERRY BELL | PRINCIPAL |  | Terry Bell has more than 15 years experience in the design of interior and exterior lighting systems spanning a wide variety of projects in corporate, institutional, educational, entertainment, retail and healthcare. Prior to joining CD+M Lighting Design Group, Terry managed the lighting design department at Kling in Philadelphia and was responsible for directing design and specifications for over $5 billion of construction projects. Mr. Bell also served in senior design positions at The Lighting Practice in Philadelphia and Newcomb & Boyd in Atlanta and has received more than a dozen International Illumination Design Awards for his work nationally. He is a professional member of the International Association of Lighting Designers and is Lighting Certified by the National Council on the Qualifications of Lighting Professionals (NCQLP).

| | | | | | |  | | | TED FERREIRA | PRINCIPAL | | Ted Ferreira has been actively involved in the lighting and controls design of entertainment, retail, dining, educational and commercial facilities for 20 years. His work ranges from conceptual design to project management and site supervision for more than 400 projects worldwide exceeding $8 billion in aggregate value. Mr. Ferreira holds advanced degrees in industrial engineering and design, has served as a contributing editor and advisor for several international lighting and themed design publications and over the past decade has conducted more than 30 workshops and seminars at professional exhibitions. His work has earned two prestigious IIDA Guth Awards of Excellence, a GE Edison Merit Award and numerous International Illumination Design Awards. In 1998, CD+M Principal Designer Ted Ferreira was nominated Lighting Designer of the Year by Lighting Dimensions International.

| | | | | | |  | | | MARC ROSENBERG | PRINCIPAL | | Marc Rosenberg has served as a lighting designer and theatre facilities consultant for more than 26 years. His portfolio ranges from churches and museum exhibits to major hotel casino resorts and cruise ships. Having trained as a theatrical set and lighting designer at Cal State Northridge and Penn State University, Mr. Rosenberg has worked as a freelance designer and prior to that as Technical Director and Theatre Manager for Diablo Valley College in northern California.
